When I photograph a toddler, I definitely have my work cut out for me! They are fast and make me work hard for those good shots! But even though they ware me out a little more than others, they are one of the most rewarding subjects to photograph! I am always smiling as I look through the shots I get of them, remembering their funny little personalities and little quirks. I just love how they have no reservations about being themselves. They are not afraid to show who you who they are and how they feel, and I love how that always show in the photographs!
My session with little Ella was no exception! I photographed Ella last year when she was just beginning to be mobile, and now she is a fast moving, curious little toddler. It is amazing how much they change in such a short period of time! I have so many fun shots of her, but just wanted to share a few with you. I especially love #2- if you look closely you can see Ella's little friend, Mr. Spider, in that shot as well! I think Mr. Spider held her attention better than I did- according to mom she is a big fan of spiders! I only wish that would rub off on me- luckily this one wasn't too big and hairy or I probably would've been hiding in the parking lot instead of in the middle of the action!
I hope you enjoy these, Mom and Dad!

Beautiful, Mandy! And I really love that first one of her little shoes and stockings! These are just wonderful!
Mandy,
In carrying on your tradition of being thankful in November, we are thankful for your amazing talent and kind patience. These pictures are amazing! Ella and I were playing outside yesterday and she pulled some leaves from a tree and said, "Where's Mandy?" You're her favorite right now, especially when we are outside.
Thanks Mel!
And thank you Sara! What a sweet comment! Ella is such a cutie- I can't wait to show you the rest!
how adorable are they. These are beautiful Mandy! Great session!
Thanks, Jennifer!
