Many of you know that newborns are one of my very favorite subjects to photograph. If it weren't for my job, I would probably have a dozen kids of my own just so I could look forward to photographing a new baby every year or so. It had been a while since my last newborn shoot, and I was starting to get baby hungry. So I was thrilled at the opportunity to photograph this little angel last week!
Little Amelia was such a sweetie! Very peaceful and sleepy for me, with just a few accidents (serves me right for disturbing her peaceful slumber!). It was a beautiful, warm fall day on the day of our shoot, so we took advantage of it and got some outside shots. I am in love with the beautiful light and warm colors!

love the pictures mandy. thanks for helping me out on thanksgiving to get my camera up and running. i took some fun pictures this weekend and i am getting the lens soon. keep up the great work. claire has already improved sitting up since we last saw you.
